As you know, I often preach on the importance of self care: making yourself a priority and refueling your energy. You can’t care for others if you don’t care for yourself. How can you expect to give water to others if your own well is dry?
Self care can be a myriad of things: napping, coloring, dancing, or binging on your favorite TV show. In order to help bring light to the importance of self care, I’d like to host a challenge in the month of August!
31 Days of Self Care is a daily challenge to engage in some good ol’ self care. I’m hosting this challenge to remind you that it’s alright to make yourself a priority. The daily challenges are designed to alleviate stress, and foster personal growth through encouraging you to step outside of your comfort zone.
To participate, simply register with your email address. You will receive the challenge details, words of encouragement, and some tips on getting creative with your self care. I will also post weekly updates of my personal journey through this challenge.
